You can read the start of this 30 day trial here: Eating Raw Foods From An Organic Farm.
What Have I Learned So Far From Going Organic?
I’ve learned that humans are being used to make money and large corporations are doing that by dumbing down society with a ton of food additives and chemicals with the goal of keeping people subdued and spending without questioning it. Then when they get sick, they can make even more money off them by providing drugs and medications and other “Health Services”.
I’ve also learned that my body feels great when I eat what nature designed for it. Go figure.
I’ve learned that my body CAN be flexible as well as strong if I simply stop putting excess demands on my system through ingesting poisons.
I’ve learned that there are a lot of people that feeling and finding out the same things as me.
I’ve learned that people think aches and pains are normal. They are not.
I’ve learned that people think mood swings and energy fluctuations are normal. They are not.
I’ve learned things about the environment and government. Things that are not good. Problems and situations that can be fixed if we work with the goal of the common good instead of a ladder system with money at the top.
I will be taking longer between updates on my progress because things are pretty predictable at this point. I started off wanting to go organic vegetarian raw. Now I do not want to. Now I want to eat less protein and when I do eat it, I want it to be natural, grass fed organic and preferably wild. I will be thankful for it and enjoy the gift.
I’m now eating 80% still. I do enjoy that. The vegetables and fruit taste better raw to me. I’ve been cooking beans and rice though. Oats, eggs, vegetables and fruits are all raw.
So I guess I’ve gone the middle way. No more protein powders and artificial bodybuilding supplements. More of a hunter gatherer approach to eating just like our ancestors did.
I don’t like any of the labels. It keeps me from experiences.
I feel healthy, strong and really alive.
I’ll see you in the next post and please share your comments, thoughts or ideas below.
Cheers.
