Day 16 - Eating Organic Trial

Eating Raw, Organic Foods No Comments

It is now Day 16 of my eating organic semi-raw trial.

This is just a quick post to get my weight recorded. Last night I was 175 pounds at 14.8% bodyfat.

All lifts are going up and I feel great. I feel very motivated with the new changes to the coaching site and have been enjoying my time working on it. I feel like a lot of things are heading in the right direction.

My diet is still mostly raw and my protein intake is half of what it used to be since I no longer used the commercially made protein powders.

Chow for now.

It could has been the spinach, the Bison which I tried to keep as uncooked as possible or a 24 hour stomach bug. I have no idea but I feel fine today.
